It was recently announced that the co-founder of Broadcom, Henry T. Nicholas III had a secret underground hideaway built to indulge in sex with prostitutes and illicit drug use.

Nicholas was identified as a “significant responsibility” for the way stock options were granted and dated when Broadcom ruled the stock market.

In a statement Nicholas was also accused of using “manipulation, lies, intimidation, and even death threats” to stop construction workers on his underground lair of sin from quitting the job. The love lair was built underneath his Laguna Hills estate unbeknown to his wife and city officials.

A former bodyguard for Nicholas is seeking over 3 million dollars for making him work under “hostile conditions” for over 7 years. His attorney, Steven A. Silverstein claims that the suit is an attempt at extortion and that all allegations are denied.

What do you think of this allegation? Do you think that a money hungry man could be guilty of wanting to indulge in this illicit behavior?
