Lifecell Bought Out By Kinetic Concepts
Monday, April 7th, 2008Kinetic Concepts (KCI) recently announced that they are buying out Lifecell (LIFC) for 1.7 Billion dollars in cash. Kinetics plans to expand and diversify Lifecell's offerings, which is currently based on tissue repair. Kinetic offers advanced wound care and therapeutic support systems.
