One I see is CheeseCake factory. These guys have a restaurant that is more full than any I've ever seen and they're not cheap.
Maybe if we keep our eye out for a real up and comer we can unearth a great stock."

but that uu have to see how the company is in the short term and a bit of visionary work is required.

In the event of an invention or something along those lines, it will take much longer, and the investment is much more speculative for that reason."

They have made a whole new product that they invented, and it has a potentially huge market.
Companies that develop truly unique products tend to to very well. In retail, I think it's tougher to launch new successful concepts than other industries. But retail can be consistent."

As the baby boomer generation reaches ages of 60+, the demand for retirement programs and in-house nursing services will rise exponentially.
Everything that this generation of people has graced turned into gold... look at what happened during the baby boom.. Gerber and Huggies and plenty of similar baby brands became a serious national presence.
This is not a speculation, it is an economic reality folks.
The demand for these services in the medical field has doubled within the past 5 years, and since there are over 80 million baby boomers who will need this within the next 15 to 20 years, expect to see an emergence of successful hospice care corporations.
After this phase, the baby boomer generation will die, and the mortuarial business will be the next big thing."
HappyHarry said: "It makes sense. I would also assume the baby boomer generation will also live longer than past generations, so finacial products that they can use for retirement income should also be a big market."
