Perhaps you should go to the local courthouse to get this info because I'm sure it's not too esoteric. This sort of thing is done all the time. I just hope I never have to go through it. WellsTrader said: "Nothing, I jumped into it head first without any legal assistance and it was more of an e-business. I found our the LLC was not the route I needed to go, so it was becomming more of a hassel that there needed to be."
