Really, when I ordered it the guy on the phone was pretty helpful...other than that I have no experience with dell, I just wanted that warranty really bad, they said if i spill pop on it they will replace it!"

Long story short though, there was a problem with my keyboard when I got it. The first day of the problem I sat on the phone with some Arab man for 3 hours, put on hold about every 2 minutes for about 15 minutes as he went and read a manual and tried to figure it out himself. Problem was not solved that day, as eventually I had to leave for class. The second day was the same thing with a different Arab man for 2 hours, until I finally asked to speak to an American representative. It took a half hour to get one, but he fixed the problem within 20 minutes. A couple of my friends and my aunt also had similar aggrevations with Dell's customer service. My bit of advice, if you ever have a problem and call customer service, immediatly ask for an American (or Canadian) representative."
