thezster said: "Maybe pinksheets.com shows more than my E-Trade screen for micros.... I show a high of 0.0001 and a low of 0.0001. Maybe I'm missing something"

bennettbike said: "go check out pinksheets ,this company goes back and forth all the time, its so predictable its almost scary. after 5000 shares i have to pay a half cent per a share on the entire order. thezster can you buy unlimited shareS?"

thezster said: "Yes I can... $7.99 forever"

thezster said: "Checked out your web site (pinksheet) - and, it would appear you've got a plan.... Though you would seem better off with a 0.0001 / 0.00019 spread....(never bought an equity that low.... not sure you can go out 5 decimal points??). I might have to watch it tomorrow"

thezster said: "only $3360 worth of trades today - TOTAL..... pretty thinly traded (dollar wise)....."

bennettbike said: "i see i see. what company do you trade with thats a great deal, i used to like my no minimum balance thing so i used crap ass firstrade. anyhow. It seems it may be hard to get it on these trades but i would love to try it out as soon as i can get another company. thezster if it worked do you have an idea how much money you would make... holy shit 5 cents would pull 1$ easy. so as you said if u got in sell at .0009"

Still a very nice return if it worked.... I use E-Trade and am in the "Power E-Trader" group that gets a bit nicer treatment than most. I believe that even E-Trade has an upcharge for more than 2000 shares - unless you're a frequent trader (I average around 2000trades/year). You might check their web site out for their rates... I know they're posted there somewhere......"

Jibsta said: "uhhh this company looks like it is aboutt o go bankrupt tho lol and if the only cover 4000 a day in trades how could you get on it?"

rich said: "SSTY is kinda like this too. Swings from .0003 to .0006 on a pretty predictable schedule maybe 3-5 times a day, if not more. If my crappy GZFX ever gets to .011 again I'm going to sell it all and use that ~$330 to try and double it up once a week. Hopefully it works as planned :)"

AznHisoka said: "It's thinly traded and you're already telling other ppl here to get on board? That will probably kill the pattern."

Bobby7756 said: "if you're trading pennies a great broker is lowtrades.com They don't charge extra until you purchase 100,000 shares. Check them out :D"

LanceJ said: "
go look at pinksheets.com look up nnos buy at 0001 sell at 0002 if commissions didnt rape me you could cash it hardcore
Keep in mind a few things that make "day trading" or at least "swing trading" penny stocks more undesirable than stocks traded on a major exchange. Most brokerage firms charge a "per stock" fee for large amounts. Some brokerage firms set it at 2,000 or more shares you are charged something like $0.01 per share after. Others, like TDWaterhouse set a 5,000 stock limit before they kick in extra fees on the transaction. The second issue is liquidity. Calculating the liquidity ratio (see earlier thread about liquidity ratios and a spreadsheet I created for download) we get about $2,750. We interpret this Liquidity Ratio as the number of monthly $$ which will effect a 1% change in monthly stock price. So NNOS is not very "liquid" at all which means it would be very hard if not impossible to buy any meaningful amount of shares at $0.0001 without pushing the stock up too much."

BenHouston said: "most of these stocks arent that easy to play...you wont get filled when you try to buy at .0001 and you wont get filled when you try to sell at .0002"

icurfatass said: "Im a beginner trader as well i tried to do samething with ivoc.ob but the problem is: when buying it takes forever to get the high amount with scottrade and selling is just as long. It will go back up before any buying happens... its hard to harness all the increases and decreases. Does it usually take a long time to sell and buy? It will be nice to constantly double your money. It won't be risky when you are only doubling petty money. I am not looking to be rich here."

thezster said: "Seems I played with my order screen last evening with this one - checking out the decimal placements............ Not paying attention........ Now, this morning - I own a few million shares of NNOC.............. Ah well................."

thezster said: "meant NNOS"

thezster said: "I accidently (yeah, I know - stupid) bought a few million shares of this while playing with my web site limit requirements. Ever since then I've had a "sell" in to try to get rid of it.... Finally - it executed today..... so - I'm out $15 in trading costs - and reminded to take my own advice to check your orders daily before the market bell......"

fireopal said: "
what company do you trade with thats a great deal, i used to like my no minimum balance thing so i used crap ass firstrade.
i use etrade, but unlike thezster, i have the basic account b/c i'm just beginning to play.. for basic account - you havta put $2000 up that you can use to trade and they let you buy and sell subbers in the same day... they charge you $12.99 to buy and then another $12.99 to sell so you wanna figure $25 into your profits for any trades...if you make one trade or sell per quarter they don't charge the $40 fee... upside is i have never had a problem selling like some of the others seem to have when using other brokers that seem to default at the worst time.... one bad aspect with em is that you can't see subber prices but maybe you can if you buy it or do enough trades to qualify for it, which thezster may have/know? hope this helps."

fireopal said: "forgot to write buy or do enough trades to qualify for real-time, which thezster may already know more about b/c he has the primo account..."

thezster said: "It is my understanding, and I could be wrong - that all quotes you get as a member of the E-trade community - are real time. Sub - Penny quotes will not show up on your portfolios pricing (often just a question mark - or the nearest penny). For those quotes, you should be able to check the "detailed quote" page for the individual stock you are trying to check out. There it goes out to 4 decimal places : ie 0.0001"
