Reg T Question

zebbers said: "I think I understand, but I want to double check. I read the legalese in the NASD manual but I figured its just as well to ask here. An account will be restricted if you sell a stock that was bought with unsettled funds. So...let's say I sold a stock on Feb 28th with a settlement date of Mar 3rd. I bought new stock on March 1st with a settlement date of Mar 6th. I can sell that new stock on Mar 3rd without a problem because, even though my purchase settlement date hasnt been reached - the purchase has been settled from the funds from the previous stock sale. Right?"
