Despite the name, it is really a great book. Deals with: Spin-offs, Restructurings, Merger Securities, Mergers, Rights Offerings, Recapitalizations, Bankruptcies, and Risk Arbitrage among other things. These are scenarios when you make your real money if you know what you're doing..."
