but it would be smart to buy a 10% of amount to be invested and wait as either direction you have time to buy so more if it dips a lot and bring your average down. (i do that when i have price entry hesitation) and if it goes up u are in already that u will be able to cover cost and generate some descent profit...
IMO at least its not a good buy yet until it doesn't dip below 6.30 or 6. but that being me as a very conservative trying to get everything very cheap.

Incredible volume today and a great multi day trade. With great revenue, great profits and a great outlook, I'd bet everything I have this this is going to make a great gain before next session, especially after people recap the day and read some of the newly printed arcticles, including one by The Fools, posted after today's close...

In looking at the chart, it would seem a second, smaller bowl is forming whose bottom I think should touch around 14.20-14.40 before going back up. If it closes lower than 13.90, something's wrong and I'd get out.
Very nicely priced right now for a long hold, in any case."

Our bodies have electrical current running through them for us to function and if I understand correctly its the times that a taser messes up the input signal to the heart that is the main problem. I don't think there gonna solve that one completely. I think tasers are a great deodorant though:-)

Cryogenix said: "I'm not sure it's so much the potential fault of being tasered as it is the pricks applying the method. In the case of the guy at the Canadian airport, you've got 5-6 good-sized police who could have easily over-powered and subdued him without the use of the Taser, yet they chose to take the easy route, despite the man seemingly being calm prior to being shocked.
Once shocked, it pisses me off to no end that those fucks shocked him again, simply because he's spasming on the floor in pain from the first jolt and they decided to interpret it as a sign of him struggling or resisting. And was it my imagination, or did a cop rap him in the head (once he was on the floor) with a nightstick shortly after being jolted a second time? Or did he smack the floor beside his head in an attempt to startle him to see if he was just playing dead?
Those fucks deserve to die for doing that to that guy. If any of you mounted pricks are reading this...you all fucking suck and deserve a similar, torturous death!
EDIT: Then again, we don't know what the guy may have said to the cops. Maybe he said he had a bomb and was going to push the button in his pocket and blow up everyone. Perhaps they zapped him a second time fearing he wasn't incapacitated enough and might be able to still carry out his plan. I don't know. Cops, in general, suck, so I don't trust what they do or say anyway. They always get away with shit."
newinvestor123 said: "I'm wary of TASR because it seems that every day I read about another incident in which some cop has abused his stun gun. It seems like they're just handing stun guns out to cops and saying: "If anyone does anything you don't like, use this on 'em." They need better regulations on taser use, and until there are, TASR's bad publicity is probably going to continue to increase. I'd stay away until they get that mess sorted out."

I still say it's better than shooting them or beating them senseless with a billyclub. :) Maybe we should go to war with Tasers instead of guns. All that close contact may just make men change their minds about fighting, when they have to be face-to-face with another human being, as opposed to firing wildly from 100 yards away at everything that moves. :)

Cryogenix said: "BTW, let me just say that I think we're in for one hell of a nasty week. And while TASR's chart looks good for a climb, there is absolutely no assurances this will climb, as the charts are still neutral despite all the negative patterns seeming to have completed their cycles and bullish patterns starting to emerge. This could all be a bluff.
The thing to watch is how it reacts to the DOW. Watch for a big shakedown early. How much it moves up and down as the DOW moves. Does it stall as the DOW climbs, suggesting perhaps it will get hammered on the next downswing?
What I do like is that "experts" are saying investors are abandoning stocks like this. That, to me, is one strong signal that suggests it's time to consider buying, as the cahooters attempt to scare us out of buying when actually this is likely to start making some good gains. Much like USU did, I suspect TASR will gain huge on a seriously red day, such as I think we're about to see next session."

Good action and volume on what I felt was a total day of entrapment on the market's part. That we were in high green mades no sense and the trading felt surreal and artificial.
If tomorrow doesn't see a seriously red day, it means I've lost my "feel" for everything and will need to step back and readjust.
I imagine tomorrow will produce a down day for this (on an anticipated red day) followed by bigger gains during the week as the market turns to further crap.

Red day last session, green one day. The chart continues to look strong, and it looks as though this is preparing to create a Cobra as theis top rounds a bit.
It's setting up beautifully now, but should see some minor losses shortly, to create the forehead. However, it could also be creating a Bouncing Betty, where next session (if today it closes around this 8.00 range) it will spike up 8.75-9.00, linger a bit, then start climbing strong."

It does look like a Cobra is forming here. I think it might be completed and ready to pop next Wednesday. A few more sessions of small losses are needed to verify."
Cryogenix said: "Last: 7.52 (high 7.89, low 7.45 - VOL 2,460,184)
It's not really a good Cobra because of the slight angle on the back, but this pullback has potential on the chart for a strong climb, so I took 1/2 position at 7.50 and will see what happens."
Cryogenix said: "Currently: 7.53 (low, high 7.73)
This is looking more and more like the action seen while the Cobra prepares to strike. The movement is nearly identical to the way USU moved prior to its big climb. Now it needs a penny+ loss over the next two days and I think it's going to pop...perhaps Wednesday, as I mentioned earlier.
Also, this will probably drop to perhaps 7.40 today. That's the low to shoot for and hold from in anticipation of a climb coming in 1-2 sessions.
BTW, just like USU did prior to its big move, TASR is also conditioning traders to sell near the opening as the price keeps coming back down to/below last session's closing price. So, Tuesday or Wednesday, if this does what Cobra's usually do, resist the urge to sell at the open when this gaps up .30-.40, because it won't back up much before taking off on its climb. And then hold again, because it may be a small climb, followed by a big climb, followed by some shakedown, followed by an even bigger climb. This is definitely one to hold for a week or so, to see how the chart develops."

The 3-year chart would seem to suggest a strong climb is coming, but the short-term looks like it might decline to around 6.50.
Given the condensed format, I would venture a guess that a strong climb might take 2-3 months to appear. So, this may trickle down to 6.50 for a while, or have some lateral movement.
Lots of positive news surrounding dismissed lawsuits in favor of Taser, including another one this morning."

This could be the catalyst (and low point) for an impending climb if this can drop to around 6.50 over the next couple of sessions. Some large dumps lately, but it's not dropping very fast. Today should tell the tale where it's going. 7.00 is a tricky area where it could drop to 6.00 or even 5.00."

I think I see what this is going to do. It's going to stay at/above 7.00 and create a giant Cracked Claw to around 7.85-7.95, then decline to 7.55, then continue its climb to $11+. I think about 7-9 sessions are needed to finish the Cracked Claw.
BTW, a "Cracked Claw" is simply a lobster-like claw with the tips broken off OR a claw with one tip broken off and a spike at the joint. Unlike the regular Claw (which 80% of the time leads to a big decline) the Cracked Claw hasn't the ability to crush or thwart the climb with any degree of strength, so the climb usually wins and continues after a brief, small pullback."

The fact that this hasn't reacted positively at all to all the great news recently has to signify a major glitch (like with BRLC). Besides the market tanking nearly 400 points today, you've got a stock trading at something like 3X it's actual value during these tough times. Orders are up, lawsuits are being dismissed, crime should pick up as people become desperate during these recessionary times, which should create more business for Taser as law enforcement agencies and private citizens look to protect themselves."
