What he does is he buys a house usually location wise and then explore and find cheaper houses around the area easier maintenance and also he brings the area value higher... he bought around 5 or six houses in perfect locations and their values literaly quadrupled in the last 4 years i have stayed. something to consider at least. chahine"

chahinemm said: "i agree but i have noticed one thing is that before i lived or moved in that space the space is amazing and its still is. but as time moves on the people moving in are refered by the reputatiion of the landlord... and he barely advertises for rooms to rent but more tenants tell by word of mouth of how he is very nice helpful and he is able to accomodate every1 even though is is strict in terms of parties and animals... well lets be realistic... being in univeristy + away from home + booz = not good combo :D so i understand him. chahine"
