My relatives live in Worchester and they have to buy trash bags from the city, the garbage guys won't pick up anything unless it is in a city trash bag....I tried explaining to my family that it amounted to a tax on them....they just didn't see my point. Boston is freaking cold in the winter but it is beautiful near the water and you can't beat that part of the country for historical stuff."
