where can I ask questions

Rickster said: "Welcome to the forum. You can ask questions anywhere you like. :) As for tools, I use my eyes and ears and experience. I know that sounds kinda glib, but I mean it. I wait for opportunities that I feel have a good risk reward ratio. Could be stocks or real estate or guns or... but whatever it is, I like to have some kind of an edge. That is, I wont buy unless I think I recognize something that the herd hasn't recognized (yet). I have little use for tools available to the general public at large."
