Hahah, I believe you already know. I've heard lots saying pricing will drop significantly and not, but I don't believe so. A slight adjustment may occur, yes, but I don't think we will experience a burst bubble. Housing is pretty inelastic. The demand will be there, but it will be interesting to see if there will be shifts in the highest priced areas and the new areas which will create attention. Interest rates hopefully will stable out and everyone will adjust to our "new Alan." That should relax many, especially those with ARMs.
The only thing I would be concerned with slightly more is condo properties. Pricing grew on these units like 50% more when compared to prices on single family houses. Definately an effect of the real estate speculator."
