What is your method of choosing the stocks you pick? what do you look at? what's your strategy... etc?"

thestockdepot said: "There are a few different reasons I pick the stocks I invest in. 1) shell companies with not to many shares outstanding looking for a reverse merger candidate. 2) companies that have run up before and that are trading at their lows, also I don't like stocks with over about 75 million outstanding. 3) There are other stocks which I will monitor their trading patterns. e.g. If a stock goes up from a penny to four cents 2 or 3 times it's a good bet to buy at a penny. Basically what I do is put 3 or 4 thousand into five different stocks that have potential. Out of these 5 I'm hoping for 1 or 2 big winners. Most investors wouldn't touch a penny stock but I wouldn't play anything else. Most stocks I buy are in the .01 to .03 cent range. LOL thestockdepot"

As more contracts are announced the support level for this stock just keeps inching up higher. Day traders love this stock because the price fluctuates enough daily to make a nice little profit. I believe the stock can go a lot higher otherwise I would of sold my position. You have to make your own choice whether or not to invest in this company. All Pink Sheets and OTC companies are high risk, high return gambles. http://www.edgar-online.com/ http://www.pinksheets.com/index.jsp For Pink Sheet companies look for a company website for info and transfer agent for the outstanding shares. Even if the company has low outstanding shares look for convertible debentures these can dilute the company very quickly. A good time to look at a company is after new management and new business plan is brought into thr company. In most cases these stocks will have a run sooner or later. What we look for is a diamond in the rough. LOL the stockdepot"

thestockdepot said: "Hi Huston, When there are billions of shares out in a small cap company it's almost impossible to fund any of your operations or aquisitions. Ilco by reducing the outstanding by almost a billion shares now seems poised to move forward. Looks like there are more contracts in the works and this company could be a real money maker. It's nice to see a company reducing there outstanding shares instead of increasing. These are all in my opinion and investors should do their own due dilligence before investing. LOL thestockdepot"

The next cult following after Plasticon? Maybe, we'll see. Good job buddy and thanks for the sizzling hot pick. I agree with the buy recommendation on this one and view at the present that this is another long term hold. But with contracts coming like this for these incredible amounts, I don't expect the stock to stay under a penny for too much longer. I'll try and bust some out some extended converage and why I agree with stockdepot that this pick is sweet right now a little later."

Huston said: "Morning Star Doji pattern (from what I read that's a high reliability bullish indicator), golden cross yesterday (another bullish indicator)....if nothing else this looks like a great trade for the next few days, especially if there's a cross of the MACD. It seems to be holding it's support at the 200 day moving average nicely. This is one of my first real shots at technical analysis, are these assumptions right?"

kazana said: "
Morning Star Doji pattern
sorry, to dissapoint you on that one, but that isn't a morning star doji. to qualify as a morning star the doji must create a gap from the first day's black body. the third day opens below the first day's close (also not true) and closes way (some say at least half way up) into the body of the first day. nevertheless, as far as my candlestick knowledge goes, a doji in a downtrend might be a bullish indicator, if the day after confirms this. which did happen. but this indicator isn't as strong as a morning star doji, but still strong enough to play the odds. let's see if lance can confirm this. he's the candlestick-sama here. :)"

The only reason I could see them needing a warehouse is for a large upcoming contract. The stock is back down in the .004s, and there has been strong resistance on the charts at .004, I'd be adding to my position here if I didn't have so much already (should have waited, I bought 100,000 at .0051 earlier in the week)"

I'd expect at least to see some pullbacks to 0.0046, but like I said, there is tough resistance around 0.04 so I don't see it going lower than that. Since the beginning of November it has bottomed out at .004-.0042 five times. Read more at Raging Bull, there's some pretty good discussion of this stock there."

Jibsta said: "Well i may put in an order at .004"

As much as the PPS is suffering right now, I can't help but think this company will have a great 2006. They are getting new contracts and letters of intent every few weeks, and if this keeps up the PPS will have to go up."
