Same thing happens at Grand Canyon every year, people decide to decend into the Canyon with 1 liter of water and expect to get down and up it with just that. I have a book called "Death in Grand Canyon", it documents every jackass who died in the Canyon whether they fell over, died without water or whatever...great book."
