They have been too slow on the uptake to fight companies like NetFlicks. I think it would have been a good idea if they developed a similar system on Blockbuster.com and let people select movies on line using their Blockbuster card number as an account number and sent the movies straight to their houses. They would be going as strong as ever if they had made their own variation of NetFlicks off the back but instead they let NetFlicks gain a ton of momentum. Now, NetFlicks is way more of a household name and the business will be harder to steal."
