I was in Viet Nam. During the 4th of July, 1968, we got so bored that we called in an air strike so we could have fireworks. We were part of an operation called "Game Warden", which was a river patrol. So we picked a spot that we could see clearly, opened fire on it and hollered for help!
It was great! We had hueys, F-4's and even a detroyer lobbing 5 inch rounds in to help us out...........never did get a real good body count!"
