(that's called "taking a bath") Maybe it's because people generally move up to a house, not a condo. And moving up means paying more."

AlfredSokol said: "I think it sucks. Also, you can only get 80% replacement value on a mortgage loan. I know people don't normally dream of living in a condo, but it still seems unfair."
