I just come across this web site tradersdvd.com. Anyone has tried to purchase from this site?
I think the site is quite good and very informative.
If any of you have seen and purchased from there, please post your feedback here.
Love to hear it"

This website is selling illegal bootleg copies of my trading course, as well as many other educators.

I doubt they have any assets, though. But good luck."

The web "host" did not obey my C&D to shut the site down, so they will be hit with criminal copyright aiding and abetting charges as well. Fortunately, both the Canadian and Australian police are very helpful in tracking down and prosecuting DVD pirates, so I'm going after them full force.
I have zero tolerance for piracy and always file criminal charges with local law enforcement, in addition to civil legal actions. I gave them one warning, the site's still up, so I'm contacting the police tomorrow to file criminal charges. Piracy doesn't pay.
I've also alerted every single other person, like Greg, whose products are being pirated on the site, so we can bring a major action against them (asset forfeiture/seizure etc).
They're about to find this out the hard way. I've never lost a criminal nor civil case, and never bluff. Don't do the time if you can't do the time. They are often surprised to find out that they often *do* get jail sentences for theft and piracy. I always press charges.
I think I may even offer a "bounty" for reporting pirates, so I can prosecute more of them, particularly in countries like Australia and Canada, which do prosecute them criminally.
In Australia, I'm contacting the police via phone numbers at:
afp dot gov dot au
and in Ontario Canada, it's:
police dot london dot ca
I'm glad that the police are often helpful and always prosecute criminal DVD pirates like this. I've also had my atty contact the yahoo-inc domain site that issued the domain, to have their domain name revoked, since it's a pirate DVD site.
And of course I screencapped their illegal listings of my courses as evidence which I'll be sending to the police to help the prosecuting attorneys with the criminal case. Stealing and illegally reselling my copyrighted DVD courses is criminal theft and I will prosecute.
One thing I should probably start doing, is screencapping the legal documents from police cases like this, and the sentences handed down to DVD pirates, and post on my sites as a deterrent, I suppose. It's a bit of a bother, but like the retail store owner who calls the police when somebody shoplifts from their store, I contact the police to file criminal charges against people who pirate my courses. Of course DVD pirates get stiffer jail time, so that's good. I'll post an update once they've been arrested and charged.
It's a shame there's so many criminals out there, but fortunately the police are very helpful and responsible, to get these people behind bars and off the 'net.
