Where was that post with the JPM article on the amount of loans resetting by month? We've just begun to hit the bad stuff, of which will take up the next 2 years. We're not even CLOSE.
Seriously, who the hell can afford a house nowadays? In my mind, these prices have got to still drop quite a bit for the average American blue (hell, even white) collar worker to actually be able to afford them."

I figure by 2010 or 2011, I'll have enough cash saved to purchase my San Diego home at a bargain basement price.
