Franchise

I'm looking for some help in my early stages. Bottom line, I have a franchise in mind, but I have never heard of this company before, they seem to be the only one in the industry, and I want to make sure they are legit. What procedure should I follow in insuring they are the real deal. Anyway, the business I am looking to start is a Hookah Lounge. The companys website is hookabusiness.com. I have already purchased their ebook, and they have given me no reason to doubt them yet. But I am definatly going to need some hardcore convincing from them before I send them a dime. What are some questions I should ask and the steps I should take in these early stages. thanks"

You mention you have never heard of them before. That says to me they are either new or there is not much demand for the product. Are you sure you can make a profit with this type of franchise? In my mind, I would open a franchise that people need. Gas stations, food, something like that."
