If most of our imports are from China, and China's yuan trades in tight range with the dollar, most of our imports won't change prices...so our 'purchasing strength' hasn't taken too much of a plunge. Killing the dollar helps shrink our effective deficit and gets other countries to start trading out the dollar. Once the deficit shrinks, we can start ramping up the strength of the dollar again. Believe there is a plan! (P.S. I am currently looking for effective ways to hedge my dollar losses anyway )"
