Execs clearing out and moving to other companies. You call their stores, and you can't even get anyone on the phone. You go to their stores, the majority of their workers (that I have met) seem to be not up to par with even McDonald employees, etc.

I know peeps are using Best Buy and the like to look at the products, then they go home, find what they like on the net and pay a dab in shipping instead of a ton in sales tax."

My brother-in-law just purchased a big screen LCD HDTV from them. He saw it in the paper for $200 less a week later at CC and called PC Richards. PC Richards paid him back the difference.
Interestingly the PC Richards' guy says that most people don't bother looking for lower prices after their purchase.
Best Buy is okay but their return policies suck. Sam's Club, Costco, or BJ's have better return polcies than Best Buy."

Yep. Until internet purchases are taxed at the same rate as those made at hard stores, internet businesses are going to continue to have a huge advantage - And even if internet purchases become subject to taxes, internet retailers (e-tailers?) will still have a cost advantage in that they only need a warehouse to operate, whereas traditional retailers need a hard store and all the costs that come with it.
FYI, with the exception of some clearance specials, you can ALWAYS find EVERYTHING cheaper on the internet."
