Roger said: "I looked into BHP a few months ago. The company looks very well. The company is well strucutred with a good focus on profitably projects. besides that the stocks is not too expensive. I think the choice of to buy or not to buy depends completely on the expectations on commodities. BHP also has some nice plans regarding dividend/share buyback. This is for investors of course very nice. On the other side the takeover war with rio is a serious risk factor."
