DealerAdvance(DLAV) Micro-penny stock ready to soar? Went up 455% today.

I got out when it was hovering around .0165 and sold it at around .0164 because I got scared that it was going to end down low after the rally it made today. It ended at a record high of $.02 and I am not sure if I should jump back in and get a bunch of shares or back out for good. It appears I could make more money on it but then again it may plummet.
