Corp bonds are hard to get involved in as an individual investor because: A) Par ammounts are in the millions normally B) To diversify yourself and protect against risk a wide selection of bonds is neccesary. C) It is nearly impossible to get the same deals as large banks and institutions do. Reccomendation: Invest in corporate bonds though an Investment Bank. I do daily data reconcillation for a fund that deals with corporate and asset backed bonds. To find it, search CDX. You'll find it."
