Too remote for us, but as you said, no problem buying no matter where you're living now. One can even buy foreign real estate without leaving home, although it's a good idea to really see what you're bidding on. I have an acre+ on the Atlantic, waterfront, with a mile long, private, sandy beach. And the price was right because the beachfront is in Nova Scotia."
