I like the theta value vs. my time frame vs the volatility - I put a 1.75 bid out there for a March 08 1090 ([I]Not the February on the March underlying, but the March for March underlying[/I]). 1.70 x 2.10 when I put the order in. I notice the Ask started coming in at 300@2.65. Down on the underlying 1.25 right now. We'll see . . ."

Airelon said: "Market slammed down. No fill. Cancelled the order. Nice to be right. Not so nice to not profit from it. But no worries, plenty of more opportunities."

Airelon said: "Market gave me a second opportunity here. So I got filled on a March expiration March 08 E-mini S&P 500 1100 Put at 1.50. Wait and see. Lot of exits before the long weekend coming up, market was moving up pre-market, which is when I bought it; and couldn't make it through a lot of moving averages. Total risk is around $89.00."

Airelon said: "Think I'll add to the short position - with the way the market has shaped up - at 1 3 2 8 , on the right volume."

Tom.StockBlade said: "I have a section and post daily on my site what I see on the Emini. I called the action both Thursday and Friday to the T...but it isn't always that easy... I will have to look pre-open Monday, but if we gap higher again, I would be VERY cautious of it."
