Virtual Trading with Ameritrade, How?Virtual Trading with Ameritrade, How?
LiquidCrystal said: "Hello,
I know that one of the ways to test yourself in stock trading before spending real money is by paper or virtual trading as a simulation before getting real. I want to know if this invovles tools provided by the online broker to add virutal money and buy virutal stocks or just a simulation process I need to do myself using a pen and paper?
If the former, does anyone know how to do this with Ameritrade?
Thanx,
LC"

A lot of people decide to sell when thier stocks go down or something, and your feeling when that happens is that I haven't lose a cent... Maybe try playing with less money since you're new to this, just like me... :)"
Yoshimi said: "yea exactly, imaginary/paper trading doesnt involve the emotionary influence that real investing involves."
