thezster said: "The West Coast is justifiably down - after years of skyrocketing prices (note I didn't say "value) for real estate. I'm glad I got out during the boom times with a hefty profit after living in a house for only 11 months..."

Heather said: "On a second re-read, that sounded pretty bad. First it went "crash" and then it went "boom." I did read that the city ordered that all other cranes be inspected to try and prevent this from happening again.."
