Darren said: "there is a scale of justice next to your post count."

Heather said: "The dot thing?"

bobjitsu said: "So what happens if we start getting "bad" points? The green square will go black?"

Heather said: "Ben will boot you! LOL :)"

scottigee said: "Haha...Misterjover and I swapped reps a while back and joked that those were the fist reps on this site. Maybe they were! :D"

scottigee said: "basically when you click on the scales you can give a positive or negative reputation point (rep). You can view your reps in your user CP along with comments the repper left for you. As a reppeee you can receive unlimitted reps As a repper you can only give out so many reps at a time and to certain people. As the amount of reps youv'e gotten increases you get more green/red/black boxes and the saying when you hover your mouse over those boxes changes. I think reps are BS and people end up rep-whoring but on a more mature site like this we'll see what happens...."

misterjover said: "Absolutely my friend. On a no-mercy-money-making site, reps probably mean diddly squat, but I don't mind dishing out a few pats on the back if someone posts a good pick with tremendous potential. :)"
