I'm studying Warren Buffett's method for my stock investing and so far things are going well. I'm in a position where I have to purchase a house in a few years. I want to find whoever is best in the field of real estate valuation. I'm looking for someone who's written a book (or has some material written about them) that I can study before I make a large real estate investment decision. Thanks for any help you can provide."

Trouble is: there are a lot of drawbacks to that philosophy."

Save more money and buy another house. 5. Get your new primary residence paid for. Risk?.....zero. I know. You thought it would be some exciting, new, even secret formula that would result in you being able to hang out at the beach with all your rich friends all day, or maybe travel to exotic lands, or some other such rot. But no. It's just been a lot of work and resulted in a lot of satisfaction. Not to mention gobs and gobs of financial security.:cop:"

Read into that what you will about the future of office reits. He may have just got a deal too good to pass up, but when someone of his stature sells out of a particular area of Real-estate I sit up and take notice. But then again the guys he sold to are no slouches themselves (wait a minute they went public and cashed out too)."
