Rino?Rino?

Being I'm pretty much a beginner, though, I wanted to get some opinions on Dalian RINO Environmental Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (RINO).
The company was originally Jade Mountain Corp, based in China. I can't find any stock info on that company which leads me to suggest RINO is an IPO, though I couldn't find the listing. It appears they started trading (at least, OTC right now) May 14.
I like the company from what I know: they're helping to filtrate pollution in China. Their financials look good to me...good, increasing income, low debt (though I understand they're increasing losses in their own investments).
What are the thoughts of others out there? Normally I'd like to try an option but since they're pretty new (seemingly), there are none.
Thanks in advance!"

I don't, that's why I'm seeking advice. My gut would say if this were an American company I'd be all over it. It's not because it's China, but rather that I don't know how their regulations work. Not that I know how our regulations work, but there is that prejudice that ours is better than there's so it's safer to trust American. But I know a lot of stockholders are diversifying to China and taking similar risks so why shouldn't I? If they're trading on our market, why would they're financial data be bad?
I did learn the original company has been in business since 1984, another positive in my viewpoint."

I really think the main plays for China are established Oil and Coal companies. China is hooked on old school energy and has to have more in order to finance their expansion.
The pollution idea is an admirable tie in. But I would try and contact the company and do more research for jumping in."
