Kernow Resources & Developments Ltd. (KRD)

KRD is already up more than a 100% over the last few months as the market and potential shareholders are finally becoming aware of its existence and incredible promise. It's management team is strong and its partner in the Jales/Gralheira Gold Property in Portugal is also a solid player. It won't continue to fly under the radar for long. Regardless of what this stock does in its day to day ups and downs, which is quite normal, we are in the best position ever. According to IR, which is the ones in the know, even with only the top layer of gold already projected ,and no further assays included, our per share value for Portugal is $3.20 a share. We sit at 20-23 cents right now with only 11 million share outstanding. KRD has only 11 million shares outstanding and sits at 24 cents. Its partner SLI has 70 million shares outstanding at sits at around 45-50 cents. So KRD has 500% fewer shares outstanding but still is priced at 50% cheaper than SLI. Considering both companies have other properties that are similar in potential, by simple math KRD should at least be the same price if not multiple times the share price of its partner because of their extremely small share foat (11 million compared to 70 million). The property is being marketed with the projections of between 2.5 million oz. and upwards of 5 million (I have heard up to 10 million oz from one gentleman but I'll stick to 5 million as a top mark). This is information from the management and IR of KRD's partner, SLI, not my guessing. They say its only a matter of getting the word out and it will happen. The gold is there. KRD's stock has incredible potential and only 11 million shares outstanding. I honestly and truly think it is one to take a chance on. This present stock price is a gift opportunity. Good Luck and smart investing."

Since the company does not have a IR team of its own to get the word out, I though I would try to do a little myself. I just put together KRD's main facts and put it out on this board. I simply thing the stock looks to have very good potential and no one seems to know about it. Take it for what it's worth. I though it looked like a good deal."

The president stated that the intersection of gold are similar to what was found by Goldcorp. Great information here about what they have found and strong news for KRD: "I received some answers to a few questions I had after good discussions with both IR and Lori over the past few days and I thought I would share them with anyone that might be interested. There is much misinformation floating around out there. Here are some points (all based on facts): 1. Drill results, Portugal - excellent, we were 100% successful. We proved the accuracy of the geophysics (this is huge) and well as the continuation the system to depth. Even if we only got mineralization (low grades) at depth, that would have been fine. However, we did better than that - we got high-grade mineable intersections. In fact, the results were similar to the material mined at Jales. With respect to mining widths, please note that there is a difference between "mining widths" and "vein widths". The average mining width of those veins mined at Jales is 1.0m and the average vein width of those mined at Jales was 0.3m. This is because when you mine a vein, you take a little extra on both sides so at not to miss any ore and to provide room for people and mining equipment. Also, with respect to the geophysics, they showed that the system continued down to +1,250m and we only drilled to 511m. Here is information about Goldcorp: "Ore zones are highly variable in width and may consist of a narrow vein from six inches wide to two feet (0.6m) wide or as many veins in siliceous sulphide rich rock forming zones several feet wide." This quote is in accordance with NI 43-101. There are as many as 4 main veins occurring parallel to each other at the Gralheira. In addition there are numerous "swarms" concentrations of narrower veins occurring in close proximity to each other - anomalous gold values are also encountered in the "wall rock" (other rock that occurs beside a quartz vein that is enriched during the process that placed the gold in the veins themselves). So in a nutshell - we are encountering the exact same thing (as Goldcorp) on the Portugal property"."

The concession covers an area of some 16.8 km2 (4,200 acres) and encompasses the former producing Jales Gold Mine and the Gralheira gold deposit. The mine and deposit are in an area of mining related infrastructure. The Jales Mine produced approximately 830,000 ounces of gold at a head grade of 12.9g/t Au during its long life before closing in 1992. The Gralheira deposit lies some 700m (2,300 feet) north of the Jales mine and is contained in an extensive mineralized shear zone that extends for some 3,000m (9,800 feet). Both the Jales and Gralheira deposits were mined by the Romans; at Gralheira, the Romans mined along a strike length of 2,000m (6,500 feet). The main gold mineralization at Jales and Gralheira is hosted in a system of subparallel veinlets and veins ranging from 0.5m to 1.5m in width. The Jales was mined to a depth of around 620m (2,000 feet) and is known to be a mesothermal system. Geological theory tells us that mesothermal veins can have great depth extent. The vein system at Gralheira is also mesothermal in nature and we have only tested its depth extent to around 600 feet. To date more than 125 drill holes have been completed on the Gralheira deposit, in addition, a 350m long adit has been completed on the mineralized structure. Extensive geophysical and geochemical surveys have also been undertaken on the concession. COGEMA undertook metallurgical testing on two bulk samples, which showed that the gold is recovered easily by flotation with recoveries in excess of 90%. Many of the drill holes intersected the structure along a strike length in excess of 1,800m (5,900 feet) and showed that there are high-grade ore shoots contained within the mineralized shear. Channel and face sampling in the adit confirmed the presence of the high-grade material and also showed that the gold grades indicated by the boreholes can often be much higher when the structure is exposed and sampled in an underground situation. Given the depth extent of the high-grade shoots mined at the nearby Jales deposit, the possibility for the definition of similar high grade shoots at Gralheira is excellent. This theory is supported by the presence of many high-grade intersections in the diamond drill holes and high-grade assays returned from face and channel sampling in the adit at Gralheira. We believe that the potential exists at Gralheira to identify a high-grade gold deposit of similar dimensions to those mined at Jales. Current data indicates that such a deposit may consist of several discrete high-grade shoots, aligned along the already identified mineralized strike of over 2,000m (6,500 feet), each shoot having a vertical extent in excess of 500m (1,600 feet). Channel and face sampling in the adit returned values ranging from 2.0g/t Au up to a spectacular 140.0g/t Au across 2.45m (8 feet). Silver values associated with the higher-grade gold values (+8.0g/t Au) can be as high as 246g/t Ag. A review of the assays taken in the raise (Cogema/RTZ) shows that the weighted average grade for gold and silver along the 23-metre height of the raise across a width of 1.12m is 12.63g/t Au (0.37 oz/ton) and 52.7g/t Ag (1.54 oz/ton). Grades of up to 40g/t Au are recorded from intersections in the boreholes. The veins are similar in width to those mined at the Jales Mine. Utilizing modern mining methods, the Gralheira should also be mined by underground means from narrow stopes. The possibility of a bulk-mining target exists at the juncture of the Jales and Gralheira structures and in areas where the three mineralized structures intersect. Our goal is to identify sufficient tonnage at a grade in excess of 13.0 g/t Au to allow mining to commence at an early stage. Given the positive results from the extensive work conducted to date, we believe this is an achievable goal."

He is involved with KRD's partner sli but his promotion will be of benefit to both owners of this property. The Head geologist that came over from Placer Dome - Tom Lewis,. B.Sc., VP Exploration, Portugal, is very happy with the results so far and they are exactly what they had expected and hoped for. He stated their next move will have a great effect on these companys. KRD is going to move quite significantly up IMHO (remember only 11 million shares outstanding - 1:6 share ratio of its partner sli and and still only half the price (22-24 cents) and no future financing need - partner sli is doing all the funding for drilling etc.) Once their plan is put into efffect, it will be of great benefit to all shareholders. Brent Bullis from Dundee Securities is now heavily finacially involved in this play and Tom Lewis,. B.Sc., VP Exploration, Portugal (Jales Propery) resigned from his job with Placer Dome to have a chance to run and focus KRD's property. A lot of things are happening behind the scenes and are starting to come to a head. Good luck."
