quick Nvidia(nvda) question

They basically run a monopoly on the graphics card processor business. I can see why this stock would be trending lower due to the economic slowdown, but trading all the way down to 11 now?"

ATI has a minimum of 30% of the market, additionally laptop sales are cutting into the sale of desktop computers, most of which have on board video cards, not made by nvidia. Their larger profits come from higher end cards which I would assume are down in sales due to the slowing economy. I know gaming is normally immune to recessions, but with no big titles being released until December this stock will probably trade slowly with the rest of the tech sector. As a stock, it seems to be a good buy, but I would wait because i can see it going lower before it rises. Buy under 10."

SKriLLa. said: "I'm unsure about Apple, but I do know that the lower end dell and hp laptops have intel onboard video cards."

SKriLLa. said: "HIMX is the best tech play out there right now. This is such a solid company, and probably the best stock I have owned."
