So if we take 1.53 Billion multiply it by the market value $0.0011, we get $168,300,000 (we do this to determine what the company is worth in $$). Now if I had the money, would I pay $168 million dollars for it? Let's see. We look at the last filed 10QSB and we see this: "Until the UniversalPost Network, Universal Express Capital, UniversalPost International Delivery and the Company's other businesses, are fully operational and integrated the Company will continue to rely on equity and debt raised to fund its operations. Management is continuing efforts to raise cash by arranging lines of credit, and obtaining additional equity capital. The Company's future business operations will require additional capital. Management is presently exploring methods to increase available credit lines as well as methods to increase working capital through both traditional and non-traditional debt services." Alright, we look at the last 1 year chart on USXP.OB and we see it falls from $0.025 to $0.0011. A 95% fall! Ouch! So we know that from the 10QSB it has to do with their Cash Flow, so we go look at their Cash Flow: USXP Cash Flow Bingo... that's the problem with most companies trying to bring new products online.... Now would I pay $168 million for a company with a Cash Flow like this? And my answer is probably no. And if you're unwilling to buy the company if you had the money, then you shouldn't invest in the company either as a general rule of thumb. But what would it take for me to be willing to buy this company if I had $168 million? I want to see some of their systems like UniversalPost Network, Universal Express Capital, and UniversalPost International Delivery become profitable, that is IF they become profitable. And I want to see this not only offset the Selling General and Administrative expenses in the Income Statement, but more importantly, I want to see a POSITIVE Cash Flow impacted from increased net income, and not activities designed to prop up the Cash Flow like depreciation writeoffs (3,663), or the Sale of Stock (5,433). Until the company brings these new systems online, and proves their thesis that these systems can be profitable, I'd wait to buy."
