jolllyroger said: "My recomendation is to avoid rehabs. The tie up money for 2 to 4 months and the time value of money shows that you can make more and risk less by just flipping. You can buy and hold but again you are tying up money long term. Buy and hold is best done with fully leveraged properties meaning 100% financing ....Other peoples money."

jolllyroger said: "Forgot to ask what your plans are? How much are you thinking of investing? Where do you live? You don't have to invest where you live but you know that area much better."
