jolllyroger said: "when you go to court steps meet everyone and ask permission to play in the game otherwise they may just shut you out. Before bidding just be sure to ask everyone if it's ok to bid on the property your interested in. You do not want to step on the toes of the big boy regulars. Try to make a friend of one of the regulars, you never know, he may take you under his wing. You might consider foreclosures, there is a huge profit potential there as well as an abundance of properties. I could find you a property in any almost city that is at or below half price and do that in one week or less. then sell it for 95 to 97 percent of market value in one week. That is how the big profits are made."
