They've been doing a great job of getting market share.[/QUOTE] I second that .. their quality is excellent ( I am a customer) the subscribers are growing every month and they have a decent phone support on top of that it seems that most people are very happy about the service which is improving, the only problem I see is that it works better if you have cable , with DSL it's a little more complex, you can't keep your old phone number, I see a lot of older people wanting to save $$ but not wanting to deal with the set up hassle which is really no big deal if you're internet savvy. I had initially some problems with my router, Mac OSX allows me to use my Mac as a router so I only need a switch in the network for printers and other computers, apparently the switch and the linksys router don't get along .. so I eliminated the Linksys router and use it as an adapter for the phone I can see someone else loosing hours or days trying to call tech support for a simple thing and loose patience with vonage"
