Wow... two in a row...

I can't stand it - two outstanding days back to back.... Joy comes back to Mudtown... :)

Pocketed a small, but tidy sum early in the day - but obviously realized I left $$ on the table by the market close. However, my holdings are UP... a bit over a grand (on paper)... I call that a good day-- maybe I'll even take momma to dinner ;)

The odds are against a third, but I have a weird feeling that we may see one anyway.

Yeah, I'm right there with ya... I've got a "bullish" feeling trying to creep past my pessamistic urges - it's been there for about a month now - and I keep shooing it away. On the other hand, I'm keeping about $150K in equities and trying to avoid touching them - hoping, hoping, hoping.....

Now that's what I call a celebration! A few months of runs like this and I can retire a very wealthy man, in just a few years. :D

Ok, back to earth... If the economy slows down without going into a recession and if we really are not in a stagflation; what are the chances of the market going sideways or uptrending in a more normal manner, for the next few weeks?
Unless someone is doing research already, I'm just asking for gut feeling here.

Same here. Thanks to HD's and RIG's mini rally at near closing. I was able to unload my position on a positive note. RIG still owes me a lot of $$, hopefully I can get it back--A couple of hundred at a time:D

I hope you all sold into the rally today.

I have a feeling that the sea will turn very red tommorow. I have all my shorts ready to go. The trigger will be pulled at the bell. ;)

And another thing. Dont forget about those guys that were shorting the market in hopes that it would crash when they bombed the airlines. They now have to buy their way back out.
